K's secret Recipe
After I came London, I started learn how to cook. Actually I love to cook but don't have the change to use my skill. Back in M'sia, every meals are ready on the table. However, in london if you don't cook for yourself or buy food for yourself, then thats it lar....you can wait there hunger till die also nobody care. Still remembered my first meal I cooked is "Lap chiong fan" the easiest meal, for all you need is to wash the rice and cut the Lap chiong into small pieces then throw it in the rice cooker. After 30 mins, "LapChiongFan" is ready to be serve. hehehe...

Of course you can't have lapchiongfan everyday lar.....so the second dish I have learned is Mushroom Chicken with onion. Although the picture look so not appealing but don't judge my dish by the picture....you must taste it then you know. heheh (sound so........heheh) but whatever, at least I can cook better than nothing right! (:

yea, i know what you guys think after seeing this picture. Feel like a "pek of si" right? but let me tell you something, even my cousin though I bought it from the restaurant. Maybe is the the camera problem.....(got any brand better than leica? heheh) oopss sound so "hill" but really lor in this picture it look kinda disgusting. Well, let me introduce this dish, it is " Hoi Sim Pak Guat Wong" - Seafood Pork ribs King. Why issit called seafood? course i used seafood sause....hehehe....and also hou yao...
Well, bored of chinese food? eh, I'm chinese of course cook chinese food lar....BUT...sometimes also can cook Malay food lar....Actually can say that, this is the first Malay food I've cooked lor...As you guys know I dont eat "lat" food wan lar....Not because I don't dare to eat, it because I can't take it. There's one experience enough dy. I bet you guys won't wanna know what happen when the last time I had Spicy food. Well forget bout that. Let see what I have for the so Malay food. hehe.....

For the first time it abit too die, course I didn't put much oil, scare too oily.But considered Pass lar (:
My second time. Better? This time is Fried Chicken Egg Noodle and also i added some cabbage and extra extra garrlliiicccc....yummmmie
Dear, tell you what I never gonna miss Ramly Burger anymore course Ramly has expend his business to London. Do you know that?
hahah....jk. We actually brought the ramly meat all the way from Malaysia and I can eat Ramly burger anytime I want to. and tell you what my Ramly burger even nicer than the real Ramly. (hmph!) You know what, maybe I should open a Ramly Stall in London. who knows maybe all the "ang mor" like it and I become famous and earn lotsa money then go LV, Gucci, Channel, Prada....etc and shop till puas puas....hohohoho

Awww....I miss "hak tim" 's wo tie and sui jiao.....last time when back didn't get to eat. Thanks to Mr.Lo lar....hmph! but anyway, now I can fried my own wo tie...but don't give me to high expectation....coz..........(my wo tie is ready made wan.....wakakak)

TungGua Soup (Winter melon) - winter melon, red dates, dried scallop & pork ribs
Sai Yong Choi soup (Watercress) - watercress, keichi, red dates, herbs & chicken.
Lohonguo Choi Gon soup (dried vege)- Choi gon, siu bakchoi, lohonguo, herb & chicken
Chinese Herb Chicken Soup- Chinese herbs & chicken
Lin Au Soup (waterlily)- waterlily, herbs, red dates and chicken.
Well.......unbelievable???
ohya, and also crepes...with nutella, fresh cream and fruits. :P
